Coinsquare, a Canadian cryptocurrency trading platform, announced that it will acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Simply Digital Technologies (Simply Digital), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CoinSmart Financial, which owns and operates the CoinSmart trading platform.In addition, Coinsquare is applying to become the first cryptocurrency trading platform regulated by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a dealer and market member, currently in the final stages of approval.Coinsquare was established in 2014 and has raised over $100 million to date.
