ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, U.S.-based cryptocurrency-focused investment management firm Borderless Capital has acquired quantitative firm CTF Capital to accelerate its expansion in Latin America and increase AI-driven strategies and quantitative trading methods, with the specific acquisition amount undisclosed.It is reported that the assets managed by CTF Capital will be integrated into Borderless Capital's $100 million "flagship" open-ended hedge fund. Borderless Capital manages five venture funds with a total value of over $500 million.
