CSRC: The pilot work for applications such as "Blockchain + Equity Market" is progressing in an orderly manner
ChainCatcher news, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a letter in response to Proposal No. 03009 (Finance and Taxation Financial Category No. 199) from the Fifth Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. It stated that according to the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of National Blockchain Innovation Application Pilot Projects," the People's Bank of China and the CSRC are actively cooperating with the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission to carry out the national blockchain innovation application pilot work, respectively leading the establishment of national pilot projects in the "Blockchain + Equity Market" and "Blockchain + Trade Finance" special fields. Currently, the application pilot work is progressing in an orderly manner.In the next step, the People's Bank of China and the CSRC will strengthen organizational leadership, focus on collaborative advancement, further enhance capacity building, and effectively promote the innovative application of blockchain technology in the financial sector.
