However, BanklessDAO is a completely independent entity from Bankless, and neither it nor another co-founder, David Hoffman, has received any economic benefits from the DAO, has never sold BANK tokens, nor intends to sell them, and has not participated in the governance voting of the DAO.Adams and David allow the DAO and those who identify with Bankless values to freely use the brand, but Adams also recognizes that this could cause confusion, and adjustments may be needed in future practices.

ChainCatcher news, Gitcoin announced the final allocation results of the Citizen Round #1 donation fund pool, with Karma, Biteye community, and BanklessDAO ranking in the top three. This Citizen Round had a total of 33 projects shortlisted for the final evaluation, with a total donation amount of $102,698.02, including a matching fund of $20,000 DAI from Gitcoin, and community donations of $82,968, achieving a 400% amplification of the matching pool funds.
