ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has filed fraud charges against Zipmex Thailand's former CEO Akarlap Yimwilai. The Thai SEC alleges that Yimwilai transferred customer assets to overseas digital wallets before announcing changes to the terms and conditions, which is inconsistent with the information provided by Zipmex Thailand, constituting fraud.
