Sui: Gas fees are dynamically adjusted based on the required computational resources, which is better than most blockchains
ChainCatcher news, at the HK Web3 Club event on June 13, Sui ambassador and SZHKWeb3 co-founder Owen stated that Sui is the next-generation Layer 1 blockchain built for fast, scalable, and simple smart contracts. Blockchain applications are typically slower than regular internet applications, but Sui does not have these issues. Sui adopts an object-centric model, achieving clear state access by explicitly declaring all objects involved in a transaction. Non-overlapping transactions can be executed in parallel without conflict handling, and its unique transaction processing mechanism only requires consensus on shared objects, enabling high-performance operation. He also mentioned that Sui's gas fees are cheaper than most blockchains, with transaction costs dynamically adjusted based on the required computational resources. Fees are charged when storing new objects, and if the object is deleted later, 99% of the fee can be refunded.
