HSK Deduction Fee Notification

Dear HashKey Global Customers:

Thank you for your continued support. We expect to launch the HSK fee deduction feature on December 18, 2024. You can use the HSK you have obtained to deduct fees during spot trading, and enjoy a 5% discount on fees. The specific rules are as follows:

1. The HSK fee deduction feature can be activated on the VIP level page. The deduction applies to spot trading, and all spot trading pairs support the use of HSK to deduct trading fees. Deductions do not apply to fees incurred from other services or scenarios, such as deposit and withdrawal fees. HSK must be transferred to the trading account; HSK cannot be deducted when it is in the funding account or contract account. The registration activation and trading information are subject to HashKey Global's records. This feature needs to be manually activated by you.
2. Orders placed before the launch of the HSK deduction feature do not support the use of HSK for deductions. Only orders executed after the new feature is launched and the HSK fee deduction feature is activated will automatically execute the HSK fee deduction upon completion.
3. HSK is subject to relevant unlocking period arrangements; you can only use the unlocked HSK in your current trading account for fee deductions. The available HSK position can be viewed on the HSK page.
4. Unlocked HSK can be transferred between parent and sub-accounts. Parent and sub-accounts, as well as sub-sub-accounts, cannot directly share all HSK. If your account has a parent-child account structure, you need to transfer HSK to the corresponding parent/sub-account to use it for fee deductions when trading with that account.
5. If the fee is negative, for example, a negative maker order from a high-level VIP user, HSK cannot be used to deduct fees. Currently, enabling the HSK fee deduction allows you to enjoy a 5% discount on fees. HashKey Global reserves the right to adjust the HSK fee discount based on market conditions.
6. The amount of HSK fee deduction is calculated based on the real-time price of HSK. If, under special circumstances, the real-time price of HSK cannot be obtained, the HSK fee deduction feature will be temporarily suspended.
