As the annual Bitcoin conference in the cryptocurrency circle has always attracted attention from all walks of life, coupled with the high-profile announcement of a speech by the political figure Trump, this conference has naturally become one of the hottest events recently.

With the heat often comes the birth of memecoins, and coinciding with Trump's speech that spans both politics and crypto, this year's Bitcoin conference has logically turned into a memecoin night under Trump's Buff enhancement.

However, the biggest meme winner of the night was not the Trump concept, but rather the new Shiba Inu named Neiro, owned by the original Shiba Inu Kabosu.

M eme Mass Production During Trump's Speech

Learning from the previous incident involving the shooting case where "FIGHT" and "FEAR NOTFight" were used, the crypto community had already sensed the memecoin vibe and started to lay out plans before the speech. The discussion focused on the next "Trump" concept, with major crypto bloggers actively debating "What will Trump shout?" Some dog coin players even preemptively deployed corresponding memecoins based on their predictions, such as "Make Bitcoin Great Again ($MBGA)", "flip the bitcoin", and so on.

In fact, during the speech, Trump would mention a keyword approximately every three minutes. Perhaps he himself did not realize that these unintentional words would be shaped into new meme projects by netizens. In no time, a plethora of "Trump" concept coins began to soar on the blockchain. Near the end of the speech, Trump's statement "Never Sell Your Bitcoin" instantly became the catalyst for $NSYB to start pumping. According to dextools.io, there were dozens of memecoins with the code NSYB, most of which ended up either going to zero or being taken over by the Pi Xiu.

Neiro's Hijack

Just when Trump's crypto fans were eagerly awaiting his new slogan to boost dog coins, this wave of unprecedented traffic was hijacked by Neiro, the new pet of Kabosu's owner, the original Shiba Inu.

On July 28, Kabosu's owner posted on social media that they had re-adopted a Shiba Inu and named it Neiro. On the same day, the first Neiro coin was generated on the Solana chain.

According to data from dexscreener.com, the Neiro project officially launched at 5 AM on July 28, right after Trump's speech. At this time, a massive influx of traffic related to the "Trump concept" was pouring onto the blockchain, and everyone was eager to find the golden dog of the night. Neiro burst into public view with a hundredfold increase at the opening, and its enormous trading volume quickly surpassed that of the popular "Trump concept" NSYB.

As Neiro continued to rise, more attention and funds began to be drawn away from NSYB, whose trading volume and coin price started to decline. Many meme players chasing trends began to exit and flock to Neiro, dramatically shifting the golden dog title of the night from NSYB to Neiro.

In fact, Neiro is deployed on both Ethereum and Solana, and there are even dozens of memecoins sharing its name. Neiro's breakout was also aided by the well-known trader Ansem.

According to crypto KOL 0xSun, there was initial skepticism about Neiro, which was only based on trading data, but the real FOMO began when Ansem joined the Space.

With 475,000 followers, Ansem tweeted around 8 PM on July 28, attaching a $Neiro K-line link. With the influence of this prominent figure, some users began to buy $Neiro.

However, Ansem later appeared in the $NEIRO Space and spoke, causing confusion among the users who followed his lead. According to 0xSun, at that time, "$Neiro's market cap dropped from $70M to $20M in minutes, while $NEIRO surged to nearly $40M."

Afterward, Ansem joined the $Neiro Space again, and its market cap returned to $70M, solidifying $NEIRO's status as the golden dog.

Positive News Materializes

As Trump's speech at the Bitcoin conference concluded, positive news began to materialize, with BTC rising sharply and briefly breaking through $70,000, leading to a collective increase in the market.

However, in contrast, the previously leading "Trump concept" memes like $Fight and $MAGA received a lukewarm response.

According to coingecko data, $Fight continued to decline during the speech, and as the positive news ended, it had dropped by 22.0% within 24 hours by the time of writing.

The price of $MAGA peaked at around $7.5 on July 27 at 10 PM, then began to decline, dropping by 8% to $5.28 by the time of writing.

The market performance of the new dog $NSYB that night was also concerning. After being dethroned by $Neiro from the golden dog throne, $NSYB was directly halved, with its price nearly approaching zero.

The winners of the night, $Neiro and $NEIRO, also faced difficulties, with $Neiro having dropped over 50% after a surge, and the official X account of $NEIRO being frozen.

However, in reality, the deployers of Neiro and early investors may have already made substantial profits.

Data reveals that within just 8 hours of opening, the trading volume of $Neiro on the Solana chain reached $429.4 million, with a cumulative increase of 74,948%; the trading volume of $NEIRO on the Solana chain reached $194.2 million, with a cumulative increase of 20,359%; and the trading volume of $Neiro on the Ethereum chain reached $20.6 million, with a cumulative increase of 96,003%.

The deployer of $Neiro spent 3 SOL (approximately $552) to buy 97.5 million Neiro at the opening, making a profit of about $2.85 million; an early investor made a profit of $1.93 million from just $80,000 in $Neiro, achieving a return rate of 2397%; and the developer of $NEIRO has also made a profit of $3.3 million.

Whether the trending "Neiro" memecoin will continue to ferment or just be a fleeting wave remains uncertain. Currently, Neiro's owner, the "mother" of the original Doge @kabosumama, posted on social media stating, "I've seen many tokens related to Kabosu and Neiro," and expressed that "besides Own The Doge (@ownthedoge)'s $dog, I do not endorse any crypto projects."
