BTCBot.pro has upgraded the Runes minting scheme, adding the following main features:

  1. Increased the minting limit per block;

  2. Supports unlimited acceleration;

  3. Reduced minting fees;

  4. Saves acceleration costs.

The operation method is simpler than before. Below is a tutorial that introduces these new features.

  1. Open BTCBot, enter the name of the Runes to be minted (e.g., UNCOMMON•GOODS) in any interface of the TG Bot, and click send.

  2. The pop-up interface is shown in the figure below, set the number of mints, and click Submit.

Repeat Mint: Here, fill in the total number of this Runes to be minted.

1BLK Max Mint: Refers to the maximum number of mints that can be on-chain in one block. This is related to the number of UTXOs in the wallet. If there is one UTXO, then 1BLK Max Mint is 25; if there are 2 UTXOs, then 1BLK Max Mint is 50. The information shown in the figure is 150 because there are 6 UTXOs in the BTC wallet.

Clicking on 1BLK Max Mint will automatically change Repeat Mint to that number, which can be directly on-chain in the current block.

Gas: Here you can use the default automatic gas price or manually set a fixed Gas price. The default automatic Gas Price is the current High Priority Gas Price of the BTC network.

Auto Boost: Enabled by default, can be turned off (or on) at any time. When AutoBoost is enabled, if the minting gas price is lower than the current High Priority Gas Price of the network, it will automatically accelerate to High Priority.

For example, if the gas price is set to 1 sat/vB at submission, and the gas price suddenly rises to 11 sat/vB, if Auto Boost is selected during minting, BTCBot will automatically accelerate to 11 sat/vB. If the gas price continues to rise, BTCBot will continue to accelerate for you.

  1. After submission, you can click Menu, then click /Pending to accelerate or cancel the operation.

For example, if you turn off AutoBoost and submit 450 UNCOMMON•GOODS at a lower gas price, assuming there are 6 UTXOs in the BTC wallet, then a block can accommodate 150 mints (25 * 6 = 150), so it will take 3 blocks to mint them all. Therefore, after submission, immediately click Menu, then click /Pending. You can see:

Boost All: Accelerate all issued minting transactions uniformly by clicking to set a new gas price.

Boost: Accelerate already sent minting tasks individually by clicking to set a new gas price.

Cancel Sending: If you click "Cancel Sending," you can cancel the remaining 300 transactions in the minting task that have not yet been sent, without incurring any fees.

Note: The current acceleration scheme of BTCBot supports unlimited acceleration times, and both manual and automatic acceleration are very cost-effective. The cost of accelerating to a certain Effective Gas Price is not higher than minting at that gas price from the beginning.

Minting Cost Comparison

Below is a test of the minting costs corresponding to different platforms with fixed gas prices of 8 sat/vB, 15 sat/vB, and 30 sat/vB.

This concludes the content related to the recent upgrade of BTCBot. BTCBot will continue to strive to provide a better user experience for everyone.
