As a highly discussed and focused track in Web3 this year, DePIN is considered the most closely related innovation network to the real world. It integrates devices such as sensors, storage, computing power, new energy, network bandwidth, and AIoT based on blockchain technology, generating data, information, and network services from the deployment of large-scale distributed hardware devices. These DePIN projects not only promote Web3 innovation but also drive the transformation of user roles from traditional one-way consumers to network co-builders. Due to its extensive links to the physical world, DePIN is also seen as an important pathway for Web3 to achieve large-scale applications. Currently, the market size of DePIN exceeds $30 billion, and the future reshaping of traditional physical infrastructure is expected to bring a market in the trillion-dollar range. The new industry landscape opened up by AI has also allowed the DePIN network based on idle computing power to emerge, and as a standardizable resource, RWA products targeting DePIN will have significant financial innovation implications.

Against this backdrop, the second phase recruitment for the DePIN track is timely. This incubation camp will include renowned experts, top ecological projects, star institutions, and professional media focusing on the DePIN track in the industry, deconstructing the DePIN track from multiple dimensions such as technical ecology, investment and financing, and market exposure, jointly supporting project incubation.

The incubation camp will primarily be based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Singapore, recruiting no more than 15 outstanding projects globally. The selected projects will enter a concentrated incubation mode from July to September, with an offline closing ceremony scheduled in Singapore in mid-September, along with a subsequent 9-month long-tail tracking. Here, teams will receive one-stop Web3 entrepreneurial project guidance and resource support, including but not limited to technical guidance, resource matching, publicity exposure, market activities, and financing services, enhancing team capabilities comprehensively.
In July last year, Future3 Campus was the first in the industry to launch project incubation based on the DePIN theme track, successfully completing the first phase of the DePIN incubation camp, recruiting eight outstanding DePIN teams including Ebunker, EMC, Ketchup Republic, Network3, PowerPod, and Roam, providing them with comprehensive support in entrepreneurship guidance, product strategy, resource matching, publicity exposure, market activities, and financing services to assist project growth.
