Report: North Korean hacker group has stolen $721 million in cryptocurrency from Japan since 2017

According to Elliptic, from 2017 to the end of 2022, hacker groups associated with North Korea have stolen a total of $2.3 billion in cryptocurrency from enterprises. Japan accounted for the largest share, followed by Vietnam ($540 million), the United States ($497 million), and Hong Kong ($281 million). (source link)
