How did "Everything Creation Camp" come about?

Everything Creation Camp is a community-native entrepreneurial coaching program. It originated from a proposal by Dr. Xiao Feng, the founder of Everything Island, on January 18, 2023, in the Everything Island co-learning community (original text): "Let's have an acceleration camp at Everything Island! Let's implement it in Hong Kong through the April summit. The Hong Kong Cyberport offers about 1 million HKD in funding for selected startups."

This suggestion gained recognition from many entrepreneurs, creating a ripple effect. Coaches and builders in the community enthusiastically responded to Dr. Xiao's call and pushed for implementation. After two months of preparation, we formed the first batch of CoachDAO, co-created a practical content system, community fund, and onboarding process.

As proposed by Dr. Xiao, on April 14 at 14:00 during the "Hong Kong Web3 Carnival" Future Web3 Summit, the first season of "Everything Creation Camp" will officially launch. The first module of coaching courses will also take place at Hong Kong Cyberport (April 16-17). From an idea to step-by-step implementation, we are serious about this.

What has "Everything Creation Camp" prepared?

• Over 20 senior coaches focusing on cutting-edge Web3 and AI technologies have emerged, covering six major coaching areas: "economic models, organizational governance, technical products, financing narratives, community growth, and policy compliance";
• Quickly attracted over 50 founders of cutting-edge tech projects within the Everything Island community, with 30% being serial entrepreneurs;
• Allied with multiple global launch platforms to inject acceleration capabilities into business growth;
• Dedicated a community ecological fund of 55 million USD to ensure quality projects receive efficient financing at critical moments;
• Co-organized with Hong Kong Cyberport to provide each project with cultivation resources at the 1 million level and the most pragmatic one-stop sci-tech services from the Hong Kong government.

How can you participate in "Everything Creation Camp"?

Everything Island coaches and builders are expected to accompany founders for up to one hundred days. In addition to high-density cognitive exchanges and business co-creation, they will also explore first-tier markets such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia to experience the user environment and understand real needs. We will closely validate around "timing track, product market, team capability."
