The 10th China Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Investment and Financing Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Investment and Financing Fair") will be held from November 12 to November 14, 2022, at the Yichuang International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Established in 2013, the Investment and Financing Fair is organized with the approval of five ministries, including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is held annually and has successfully hosted 9 sessions, making it the only national and professional conference serving the investment and financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. A total of 1,113 exhibiting institutions and over 194,000 representatives from participating enterprises have attended, with a transaction amount reaching 99 billion RMB.

The 10th Investment and Financing Fair is co-hosted by the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the China Banking Association, the China Futures Association, and other national industry associations, with the theme "Precise Drip Irrigation of Financial Vitality, Quality and Increment of Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Enterprises." It will set up exhibition areas for banking financial institutions, financial technology, blockchain, and other sectors, providing a transaction platform for financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises to offer more convenient financial services to enterprises affected during the pandemic, ensuring their survival and development, and improving the coverage, effectiveness, and convenience of financial services for the real economy.
During the fair, a wide range of participants will be invited, including large state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks, local city commercial banks, rural commercial banks, rural credit cooperatives, asset management companies, insurance companies, large financial groups, financial technology companies, local governments, and small and medium-sized enterprise service institutions, all dedicated to supporting small enterprises, serving agriculture, and the real economy. They will showcase financial service products and inclusive finance achievements from multiple perspectives; national leaders, leaders from relevant ministries, leaders from small and medium-sized enterprise authorities, and leaders from financial institutions will be invited to inspect and research the fair, gaining insights into the latest financial practices and developments; small and medium-sized enterprise owners with investment and financing needs will also be organized to attend.
Several parallel summit forums will also be held during the fair, with the Blockchain Industry Summit being one of them. The summit will focus on the current development status of blockchain technology, providing small and medium-sized enterprises with new industry development directions and opportunities.
This year's Investment and Financing Fair is the second time that blockchain has been included in the exhibition area for discussion since its inception. The first China Blockchain Industry Summit held in 2021 featured 4 sub-forums, with over 3,000 attendees and more than 50,000 online views, resulting in cooperation intentions among dozens of enterprises.
