From the perspective of existing data, in the first quarter of 2022, Web3 startups have received over $173 million in investment. This year, more than 15 venture capital firms have launched specialized funds for Web3, with a total scale exceeding $4 billion. Among them, Paradigm announced a fundraising scale of $2.5 billion for a crypto-themed fund, and in February of this year, Sequoia Capital launched an industry fund focused on cryptocurrency with nearly $600 million. According to the "Global Blockchain Talent Report - Web3.0 Direction," the total number of blockchain talents worldwide is on the rise, with an average quarterly increase in job postings of 25%. Overall, the growth rate of job postings year-on-year far exceeds that of talent supply, indicating that the increase in talent is still lagging behind the increase in job openings, leading to an imbalance in supply and demand.

All these data indicate that investment and talent are pouring into Web3. Currently, Web3 is still in its early development stage, what kind of talents do crypto projects need at this stage?
