Which emerging NFT projects at the Ethereum hackathon are worth looking forward to?

This online NFT hackathon event gathered 1,000 developers and creatives from the Ethereum ecosystem to jointly promote the development of the NFT field.
NFThack 2022 focused on the booming NFT sector, with a total of:

- Involvement from 68 countries and 17 time zones

1. Multi-Contract Battle Royale

Multi-Contract Battle Royale is a battle royale game and queuing system fully deployed on Polygon and running entirely on-chain, supporting multi-contract operations.
During the event, the development team demonstrated the process of entering an on-chain world to play games like dance and fitness by purchasing NFTs. During the game, players can choose 0-5 HGH tokens for energy boosts. Its on-chain queuing system arranges users in groups of 50; if the group is not full, users will enter the "watch battle" queue until the number of users reaches 50.
The technical difficulty of Multi-Contract Battle Royale is significant, mainly because it is:
100% on-chain generated NFT game, fully decentralized, using Chainlink's VRF to ensure the randomness of the game.
2. OxPhotos

An NFT marketplace for photographic works.
OxPhotos' solution is:
A. Photographers upload their images and mint "asset NFTs," while buyers mint "license NFTs" to initialize usage and enable payments;
B. Payments automatically go into the "asset NFT," creating cash flow for photographers. 2% of all payments fund the expected DAO and future development. "Asset NFTs" become future cash flow assets that can be traded in the NFT market.
From a technical perspective, all contracts and NFTs (minting + marketplace) of OxPhotos are deployed on Polygon, not L1. Assets and licenses are stored on IPFS.
3. NFT Cam

NFT Cam can generate interactive AR experiences for any NFT on OpenSea.
In the real world, we love to share photos and videos of our art collections to express our taste and interact with other community members. However, in the world of NFTs, there aren't many ways to visually express our love for collectibles beyond changing our avatars.
NFT Cam can easily bring any NFT into the camera. Thanks to the interoperability of web3, NFT Cam only needs an OpenSea link to fetch the corresponding asset and generates a perfect AR experience based on the NFT, whether 3D or 2D. If the NFT is a JPEG, it can be used as a background; if it is a pre-assembled 3D model, it can be driven by the body's movements.
Technically, NFT Cam's front end uses React, Web3.js, THREE.js, and MediaPipe. The back end uses Node.js.
4. Creativerse

A Minecraft server where users can own plots as NFTs, with all block data of each plot stored in the NFT. This allows anyone to run a server, making it a decentralized Minecraft protocol.
Creativerse is a Minecraft server that allows land ownership on Ethereum in the form of ERC-721 (also known as NFT). All block data of the land is stored on-chain in IPFS, meaning users can access their land on any server running the Creativerse plugin. This means anyone (even you!) can run a Creativerse server, fully synchronized to the blockchain. Whatever users build cannot be censored.
Technically, this project uses IPFS and NFT.Storage to store the block data of each plot and stores the IPFS hash in the NFT on Ethereum.
5. Yoink Club

Yoink Club is a DApp that can release NFT utility tokens from secondary markets and liquidity pools.
Each NFT project has its own Yoink Club membership, and the attributes of these NFTs include key logic parts for handling withdrawals, meaning some attributes or permissions can be sold and traded.
For example, in the RareBunniClub (RBC) project, one NFT can earn 10 carrots (Parrot) daily, and of course, every NFT listed on the secondary market and stored in the liquidity pool also produces this utility daily.
The solution brought by Yoink Club is: first purchase the NFT at the floor price on the secondary market OpenSea, then extract this utility attribute from the purchased NFT, and go to the NFT liquidity protocol NFTX for NFT exchange (NFTX allows users to exchange their NFTs for any other NFT in the NFT pool), and then extract utility attributes from the newly exchanged NFT, achieving dual utility attributes.
Finally, Yoink Club will sell the NFT in NFTX at a price above the floor price.
Although this "empty-handed wolf" scheme from Yoink Club can help users release NFT utility in the short term, it is particularly crucial for NFT projects that have built-in rewards and similar attributes in their NFTs.
6. Graffiti Mint

A DApp that digitizes and mints street art from IRL graffiti events.
This project helps digitize, mint, and monetize graffiti events. It integrates ERC1155 NFTs for four-tier season tickets for event supporters, and ERC751 contracts to mint street art created during graffiti events in city parks as NFTs.
Event supporters receive OG NFTs from each artwork created during their season ticket events, and artists receive funding for auctioning Event Edition NFTs and commissions from OG NFT sales.
7. Charisma

Charisma analyzes a person's personality through NFT assets and on-chain data, minting personality NFTs and finding similar friends.
Charisma is a tool that tells a person's personality by analyzing the NFT assets and on-chain activities of their wallet. Similar to the Myers-Briggs personality test, it uses 8 personality traits to create 16 different personality types.

Your user behavior will become part of your reputation and identity. The project creates portable identities by separating the reputation layer from media objects. By creating movable identities, Charisma empowers users and fulfills the promise of decentralization.
8. NFTpia

NFTpia builds an NFT marketplace that encourages NFT reviews for rewards by merging the powers of DAO and AI, helping buyers make better decisions.
For each collection, the NFTpia marketplace automatically generates a proposal, and NFTpia token holders can provide comments and ratings for each collection. All comments and final ratings will be publicly viewable after the proposal ends.
In terms of AI, the NFTpia DNN model is trained to extract digital visual features from the images of NFT collections and associate them with a predefined list of labels. When NFTs in a new collection are minted, it identifies the most reasonable labels and generates a creativity score reflecting the creativity of this NFT collection based on all existing collections.

Purchasing NFTs can be chaotic, and traders need to refer to various tools for valuation and open hundreds of tabs.

Do[NFT] is a decentralized protocol that provides AI-based NFT modifications. Using this protocol, NFT holders can mint entirely new NFTs using existing NFT assets. The new NFTs are inseparable from the original NFTs. The new NFT assets are created through applying AI-generated effects (such as gif animations, filters, artistic noise, etc.) to the initial NFT modifications.
Modifications are done through neural network algorithms, and the results are unpredictable. It brings opportunities to mint different NFTs, including rare NFTs that no one can anticipate.
This approach can provide NFT owners with a brand-new experience and many fun/opportunities to enhance their collections. It is a permissionless dApp where anyone can offer new AI-based filters, animation techniques, or aging algorithms for community use (for free or for a service fee).
16. Metaverse Advertisement DAO

MAD is a DAO that utilizes community virtual real estate assets for advertising, sharing profits with owners and builders, to complete the business model of the metaverse space.
MAD maximizes advertising on real estate and shares profits with landowners and builders, facilitating internal commerce and monetization. The project is divided into three parts: land delegation, construction, and auction.
Land Delegation: MAD collects plots from the community, with Decentraland and Cryptovoxels having features called collection operators or collaborators to allow landowners to have builders on their land while still retaining ownership of the land. By delegating their land to users, landowners can still own the land but earn profits over time.
Construction: MAD gathers builders from the community to build NFT galleries, public event venues, etc., alongside internal builders. MAD can install billboards around galleries and buildings.
Auction: As MAD acquires more plots from the community, external businesses can bid for advertising rights across all plots as a bundle and display their content across all plots for traction. MAD shares profits with landowners and builders to incentivize more community participation.
