On November 12, Binance Labs announced its list of third quarter incubation projects for an 8-week program, covering various fields such as DeFi, blockchain games, social, and trading. DoraHacks will co-participate in this round of incubation.
The Binance Labs incubation program aims to nurture promising entrepreneurs and projects to accelerate industry innovation.
These projects will utilize the eight weeks to incubate through the Binance Labs ecosystem, with Binance Labs providing support for value-added services such as public relations, marketing, and fundraising advice.
Here are the 9 selected new projects:
Block Ape Scissors (Game)
A Play-to-Earn ecosystem built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) that combines gaming, NFTs, and DeFi. It has 10,409 followers on Discord, though not very active, and some members discuss on Twitter. The project aims to create fun and diverse investment opportunities.
Tranching Protocol (DeFi)
A decentralized installment investment protocol, a hedging product, also known as a yield optimizer. It broadens the DeFi investment scope by rearranging the risk-return profile of existing products and enhances yields through various methods.
It divides the liquidity tokens of liquidity pools into two tiers: junior and senior. The junior tier is for those who are not interested in supporting the project but are willing to add liquidity for high APY, while the senior tier is for seasoned individuals who are optimistic about the underlying assets, suitable for those who want to support their favorite projects without worrying about temporary losses.
The senior tier will forfeit part of its APY to the junior tier. If the value of the pooled assets rises, the junior tier will forfeit part of the appreciation profits to the senior tier.
