ChainCatcher news, the Southern District Prosecutors' Office of Seoul announced on the 1st that Mr. Park (Johnber Kim) has been arrested and charged with fraud and violations of legal regulations, while his business partner Mr. A (38 years old), who assisted Mr. Park in the crime, has been indicted but not detained.The prosecution stated that Mr. Park and others issued and listed the fraudulent token "Grape" between February 2021 and April of the following year, artificially inflated the token price, and then sold all of it, allegedly embezzling 80.9 billion won (approximately 59.23 million USD), with actual profits estimated at 21.6 billion won (approximately 15.81 million USD).
