ChainCatcher 消息，俄罗斯央行与财政部将为“高资质投资者”设立加密货币交易所，该交易所将“作为试验性法律机制所允许操作的一部分”运作。财政部长 Anton Siluanov 表示：“这将使加密资产合法化，并将加密操作从阴影中带出。”
