ChainCatcher news, Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht announced on social media that he will make his first public appearance and give a speech at the Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas, marking his first appearance since his release. Ulbricht was sentenced to life in prison for creating the dark web marketplace "Silk Road" and was granted a full pardon by President Trump in January this year.
