ChainCatcher news, according to Ember monitoring, a whale address withdrew 14,014 ETH (approximately 22.14 million USD) from Maker in the past hour, transferred it to Binance, and then withdrew 8.28 million USDT, suspected to have completed part of the ETH selling operation.
