U.S. media: U.S. Treasury Secretary plans to resign due to inability to tolerate Trump's administration's "reciprocal tariff policy."

ChainCatcher News, NBC host Stephanie Ruhle said on the 4th that U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Basset can no longer tolerate the Trump administration's "absurd (reciprocal) tariff algorithm" and is planning to resign.

Ruhle stated on the "Morning Joe" television program, "My sources say that Basset has been acting differently in the Trump administration. In terms of Trump's inner circle, Trump is not close to Basset at all and does not listen to him."
