ChainCatcher news, according to sources, the broker Hidden Road, which focuses on both crypto and traditional assets, is in talks with a crypto company regarding an acquisition, with investment bank FT Partners providing advisory services. It is still unclear whether the deal will be finalized, and Hidden Road has not responded to this.

Hidden Road has raised approximately $50 million in the past year, with investors including Dragonfly Capital. There are reports that one of the investors has expressed interest in acquiring the company. Previous reports indicated that the company is considering a sale or financing, with a valuation potentially exceeding $1 billion.
