Data: Ethereum chain's DEX trading volume in March reached 64.616 billion USD, surpassing Solana

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, in March 2025, the total trading volume of Ethereum decentralized exchanges (DEX) reached $64.616 billion, surpassing Solana's $52.62 billion, reclaiming the top position in the industry for the first time since September of last year.

Affected by the market downturn and the decline in memecoin popularity, the activity of DEXs like Raydium on the Solana chain has significantly decreased. Although Ethereum DEX trading volume leads, the price of ETH fell over 18% in March, a larger decline than SOL's 15.8%.
