The company disclosed in regulatory filings on Friday that the relevant agreement was signed on March 28 with a consortium of investment banks, including Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, BTIG, Cantor Fitzgerald, Guggenheim Securities, HC Wainwright, and Mizuho Securities.
