Upbit issues investment warning for HIFI token

ChainCatcher message, Upbit has issued an investment warning for the HIFI token. This action is based on the decision of the Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) and aims to protect investors.

Upbit stated that there are many uncertainties regarding HIFI in terms of total issuance, circulation plan, transparency of business changes, and the sustainability of the project, which may cause losses to users. The trading observation period is from March 28, 2025, to April 11, 2025, 23:59 (KST), during which an in-depth review will be conducted. After the review, a decision may be made to extend the observation period, lift the observation, or terminate trading support.
