Securities dealer Ocree Capital launches a real estate platform that allows investors to purchase tokenized shares of on-chain commercial real estate
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the securities dealer Ocree Capital announced the launch of a regulated real estate platform Ocree in Canada, allowing investors to purchase tokenized shares of commercial real estate on the Polymesh blockchain.
It is reported that there is commercial real estate listed for sale on the platform in Winnipeg, Manitoba, valued at $51.9 million, where investors can obtain partial shares of 156 units of A-class multi-family properties in that real estate.
