Bitnomial plans to withdraw its lawsuit against the SEC and will launch CFTC-approved XRP futures contracts tomorrow
ChainCatcher news, according to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) agreed to withdraw its appeal against Ripple, the cryptocurrency derivatives exchange Bitnomial plans to withdraw its lawsuit against the SEC. Bitnomial had previously sued the SEC last October, as the SEC claimed regulatory authority over Bitnomial's planned XRP futures contracts.
Terrett further revealed that Bitnomial will officially launch its XRP futures contracts, which have been approved by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), tomorrow morning.
