Developers are reaching a consensus on the Bitcoin soft fork proposal
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, two Bitcoin Improvement Proposals BIP 119 and BIP 348 are gaining widespread support and may be implemented in the next Bitcoin soft fork. These proposals provide new methods for Bitcoin scripting, gaining recognition from numerous developers, and could significantly enhance self-custody, fee management, and existing technology applications. This is the first time in over four years that Bitcoin users are pushing for changes to the underlying software.
