ZachXBT: The penalties for cybercrime in the UK are low, and law enforcement resources are scarce

On this, on-chain detective ZachXBT stated that the penalties for cybercrime in the UK are relatively low, and even when scams are reported, offenders often do not face substantial punishment. Additionally, law enforcement agencies also face resource shortages when dealing with such cases.
