BitMart obtains TCSP license
ChainCatcher news, BitMart announced that its local subsidiary has successfully obtained a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) license issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry. This license allows the licensed entity to provide digital asset custody services and other related activities within the jurisdiction.
BitMart is actively building a compliant licensed platform that aligns with the regulatory framework for Virtual Asset Trading Platforms (VATP). It implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) obligations to ensure that every transaction is conducted in a secure and reliable environment.
