Former Ethereum Foundation Engineer: Ethereum Should Reduce Research and Focus on Product Delivery
ChainCatcher news reports that Harikrishnan Mulackal, a former Solidity expert and compiler engineer at the Ethereum Foundation, stated that the lack of a clear development vision for Ethereum has led to stagnation in changes to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Mulackal suggested that Ethereum needs more decisive leadership; otherwise, the only viable path is "stagnation—no more changes." He called for a reduction in research, focusing on product delivery, and recommended quarterly hard fork updates.
Meanwhile, the Ethereum Foundation's continued sale of ETH and its relatively lackluster price performance may be constraining its development.
