Telegram 11.8 version update: introduces paid messages and more new features

ChainCatcher news, according to official Telegram announcements, version 11.8 has been released with multiple new features. Premium users can enable the "Paid Messages" feature, allowing them to charge Stars for private or group messages, and they can earn 85% of the revenue. Additionally, users can withdraw Stars through Fragment.com and use them to purchase Premium subscriptions or Telegram ads.

The new version also enhances chat security by introducing a "Contact Confirmation" page, which displays information such as the registration time and profile picture change history of unfamiliar users to prevent scams. Furthermore, Android users now support Chromecast screen mirroring, and developers can perform user verification at a lower cost through Telegram Gateway.
