ChainCatcher news, ConsenSys founder Joseph Lubin announced on the X platform that ConsenSys has reached a principle agreement with the U.S. SEC to dismiss the securities enforcement case regarding MetaMask, and the U.S. SEC will submit a valid settlement agreement to the court.

Joseph Lubin added that ConsenSys can now fully focus on rebuilding, and 2025 will be the best year for Ethereum and ConsenSys to date, with the shift towards a more decentralized world paradigm accelerating.
