Arthur Hayes asked Vitalik: Will you support rolling back Ethereum to help Bybit?

ChainCatcher news, BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes posted on the X platform, questioning Ethereum co-founder Vitalik about the Bybit theft incident: "Would you support rolling back Ethereum to help Bybit?"

Hayes added, "As a whale holder of ETH, I believe ETH has not been a currency since the hard fork after the 2016 DAO hack. If the community wants to do it again, I would support it, because we already voted against immutability in 2016, so why not do it again?"

He further pointed out, "No one questions the DeFi operations on Zhao Changpeng's computer (referring to BNB), so why question ETH (which is Vitalik Buterin's computer)?"
