SafeMoon CTO 承认参与 2 亿美元加密货币欺诈案
ChainCatcher 消息，SafeMoon 首席技术官托马斯-史密斯（Thomas Smith）对他参与 2 亿美元加密货币欺诈案的指控认罪。
2 月 20 日提交给布鲁克林联邦法院的文件显示，SafeMoon 科技首席执行官托马斯·史密斯 (Thomas Smith) 在地方法院法官 Cheryl Pollak 面前撤回了之前的无罪抗辩，并对证券欺诈共谋和电信欺诈共谋表示认罪。
波拉克法官建议负责审理史密斯案件的美国地区法官 Eric Komitee 接受新的请求。
电信欺诈共谋最高可判处 20 年监禁，而证券欺诈共谋最高可判处 25 年监禁。
