Bitwise donates $100,000 to support Ethereum open-source developers

ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, Bitwise has donated $100,000 to support Ethereum open-source developers. When the Bitwise Ethereum ETF ($ETHW) launches in July 2024, Bitwise has committed to returning 10% of the gross profits from ETHW to the Ethereum ecosystem each year.

It is reported that this is Bitwise's first annual donation for 2024, and these funds will be used for two nonprofit projects: Protocol Guild and PBS Foundation. Previously, Bitwise also announced a donation of $150,000 to support Bitcoin open-source developers.
