Insiders reveal that existing investors Sequoia Capital, a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), and Valor Equity Partners are in discussions to participate in this round of financing. It is reported that xAI's previous funding round had a valuation of about $51 billion, and the specific terms of the current financing have not yet been finalized.
