ChainCatcher news, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that, according to a very useful table provided by Bloomberg ETF analysts James Seyffart and Eric Balchunas, we can see that if the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) indeed chooses to acknowledge/approve it, it might recognize Grayscale's submitted XRP spot ETF application as early as Thursday (February 13).

The SEC typically has about 15 days to approve a 19b-4 application, and Grayscale submitted its conversion application on January 30. In any case, this should give us a good understanding of the current perspective of the SEC on XRP.
