Japanese game manufacturer Gumi plans to purchase $6.6 million worth of Bitcoin

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Japanese mobile game studio Gumi announced plans to purchase Bitcoin worth 1 billion yen (approximately 6.58 million USD). The company stated that it expects to generate secondary income by staking the remaining Bitcoin in the Babylon protocol.

According to the company's statement, Gumi plans to make this acquisition between February and May of this year.
