Mining company BitFuFu produced 83 bitcoins from self-mining in January and currently holds 1,742 bitcoins

ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin mining service provider BitFuFu released its operational data for January 2025. The data shows that the company mined 83 Bitcoins in January, a decrease of 25% compared to December last year, while cloud mining customers produced 200 Bitcoins.

In January, no additional BTC was purchased on the secondary market. As of the end of January, the company holds 1,742 Bitcoins.

In terms of business expansion, the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire an operational 51 MW Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma, USA, which has an average electricity cost of approximately $0.03 per kWh. Additionally, the 2,000 S21XP mining machines ordered by the company are expected to be deployed in the U.S. by March 2025, adding 0.54 EH/s of computing power.
