Coinbase executive: Satoshi Nakamoto may hold 1.096 million bitcoins, surpassing Bill Gates in net worth

ChainCatcher news, Coinbase executive Conor Grogan posted on X that new clues have been discovered by analyzing Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet.

Conor Grogan stated that Satoshi Nakamoto may hold 1.096 million bitcoins (worth approximately $10.8 billion), surpassing Bill Gates in terms of net worth. Among these addresses, there are 24 recorded outgoing transactions, with the most frequently used target address associated with the Canadian exchange CaVirtEx.

Conor Grogan speculated that since CaVirtEx was acquired by Kraken in 2016, Kraken may possess Satoshi Nakamoto's identity information. Additionally, Conor Grogan believes that Satoshi Nakamoto's last on-chain activity may have been in 2014.
