The report pointed out that the average hash rate for the last week of the month was 781 EH/s, a decrease of 2% compared to the end of December.
Analysts stated that this situation is relatively rare and is a mild positive for the Bitcoin mining economy. It is worth noting that the current network difficulty is still 25% higher than before the halving in April last year. In terms of revenue, in January, miners earned an average daily block reward income of $57,200 per EH/s, an increase of less than 1% compared to December.
