Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer urges the SEC to submit documents related to the ETH 2.0 investigation immediately
ChainCatcher news, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal posted on X: "Today, Coinbase submitted a status report in our separate SEC FOIA lawsuit.
In short: the former SEC leadership was merely looking on the surface for documents related to its ETH 2.0 investigation that were not disclosed to the public, while they went through great lengths in regulation with subpoenas and lawsuits. We seek the U.S. SEC to conduct a thorough investigation immediately and provide the necessary documents."
