ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on X: "The U.S. SEC is downsizing its cryptocurrency enforcement division.
According to an article published by The New York Times, some of the personnel originally dedicated to enforcement actions are being reassigned from a special department consisting of 50 lawyers and staff."
