Poll: Half of Americans Oppose Musk Holding Key Position in Trump Administration
ChainCatcher news, a poll from Quinnipiac University shows that more than half of Americans oppose American entrepreneur Elon Musk playing a significant role in President Trump's administration.
Previously, The Washington Post referred to Musk as America's "shadow president" because he actively intervened in the discussions surrounding federal funding bills, leading to threats of a government shutdown.
The poll results indicate that 53% of surveyed Americans disapprove of Musk's significant role in the Trump administration. 39% of respondents expressed the opposite opinion. It is reported that 90% of American Democrats disapprove of Musk's prominent role under Trump, while 73% of Republicans approve of it.
