By May, the probability of maintaining the current interest rate is 57.0%, the cumulative probability of a 25 basis point rate cut is 37.5%, and the cumulative probability of a 50 basis point rate cut is 5.5%. The Federal Reserve kept the interest rate unchanged at 4.25%-4.5% early this morning.
