Charles Schwab CEO: Expects relevant regulations to ultimately allow the provision of spot crypto services on the platform
ChainCatcher news, Charles Schwab CEO Rick Wurster told analysts on a conference call this week: "We do hope to be able to offer spot cryptocurrency services, and we expect that cryptocurrency-related regulations will ultimately allow us to do so."
The Financial Times reported that the SEC overturned guidance known as SAB 121 later on Thursday, potentially opening the door for Wall Street banks to custody cryptocurrencies.
