ChainCatcher news, according to Tim Alper, the South Korean Financial Services Commission (FSC) has granted an operating license to a cryptocurrency exchange named "Cumbre," making it the 30th fully licensed trading platform in South Korea and the first since September 2021.

Cumbre specializes in serving institutional investors, allowing businesses to legally purchase Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in South Korea.
