HTX DAO completed the HTX burn for the fourth quarter of 2024, worth over 22.47 million USD

ChainCatcher news, the HTX token burn plan for the fourth quarter of 2024 has been successfully completed on January 15, 2025. A total of 9,982,673,247,009.8082 HTX tokens were burned this quarter, with a total value exceeding 22.47 million USD. This burn was still executed on-chain to ensure transparency and openness.

According to the HTX DAO committee and community opinions, starting from the third quarter of 2024, a portion of the tokens originally used for liquidity donations has been changed to direct burns to improve burn efficiency and stabilize ecological development. So far, the total value of donated and burned HTX and TRX tokens has reached 95.22 million USD.

HTX DAO will burn 50% of the Huobi HTX income each quarter, with the next burn expected to take place on April 15, 2025. This burn mechanism effectively enhances the long-term value of HTX, promotes the sustainable development of the HTX DAO ecosystem, and strengthens community confidence.
