OnePiece Labs 2024: Growing and Advancing, Moving Forward Towards the Light

2024, in the wave of Web3 innovation and development, OnePiece Labs has left a solid and profound growth footprint. With a series of core projects such as incubators, Pitch Dojo, and OnePieceCon, we have gradually established a foothold in the industry, gaining widespread recognition and becoming an important force driving the advancement of the Web3 field. This year, many like-minded individuals were attracted to join us, with thousands of participants bringing their passion and creativity into our innovative ecosystem. During this period, the 18 projects we carefully nurtured performed exceptionally well, successfully raising over $30 million in funding, providing strong support for the continuous expansion of these projects. Notably, Pitch Dojo brought together founders from 34 countries, where diverse backgrounds and ideas collided, sparking a continuous flow of innovative vitality and injecting new energy into project development.

Currently, we are steadily advancing the transformation and upgrade of our incubator into a comprehensive accelerator. This key shift aims to build a more robust support system for projects with high growth potential, not only equipping them with abundant resources but also organizing professional guidance teams to help founders tackle various challenges in their development and propel their projects to new heights. Looking ahead to 2025, we will carefully optimize the upgraded accelerator program while cleverly integrating OPC with major Web3 conference Afterparty events, further expanding brand influence and building bridges to facilitate deep communication and cooperation, continuously creating value for the Web3 industry.

Incubator

• This year, we successfully held 3 sessions of the incubator program, with over 18 projects completing the incubation process and successfully "graduating," embarking on a new development journey, while another 3 batches of projects are thriving in the incubator.

• We received a total of 353 applications, organized 23 specialized training sessions, and established partnerships with 4 new suppliers, introducing new technologies and services to add new momentum to project development. The Demo Day event attracted 650 registrations.

• Graduated projects have cumulatively raised over $30 million. We have established partnerships with top investment institutions, leveraging their professional strategic insights and rich industry experience to provide strong guidance and support for projects, ensuring their steady progress.

Cygnus Finance: The first modular real yield layer project that integrates non-EVM systems with the EVM ecosystem.

• Collaborated with OpenOcean and Synfutures to successfully launch yield tokens and build a liquidity support system to ensure smooth project operations.

• Rated as a top DeFi project on the TON blockchain by Bitget.
• Secured investments from Manifold, OKX Ventures, and others.

Vishwa: A super decentralized state channel protocol project focused on the PayFi field.

• Co-authored a research paper with MIT NEC Chair Professor Muriel.
• Secured a $500,000 funding commitment.

CARV: Deeply engaged in the gaming and AI modular data layer field.

• CARV ID grew from 900,000 to 1.3 million, continuously expanding the user base.
• Launched the BANANA mini-game, attracting 10 million users within 4 weeks, with 80% being organic referrals.
• Annual revenue reached $6 million, with monthly recurring revenue of $1 million.

DataHive: The first AI data asset layer 2 network.

• Achieved revenue of $150,000, a year-on-year increase of 566%.

Kindred: Creating the next-generation human-AI interaction platform Pal.

• Evolved from MetaPals.
• Building the next-generation human-AI interaction platform Pal, reshaping human-computer interaction models.
• Collaborated with globally renowned IPs such as Hello Kitty and Penguin to expand brand influence.
• Completed two rounds of private token financing to provide funding support for project development.

Pitch Dojo

• Over the past year, we successfully held 11 Pitch Dojo events, attracting over 5,000 participants from around the world, becoming a gathering place for Web3 enthusiasts.
• Online promotion was effective, with the events accumulating over 51,000 Twitter views, continuously enhancing brand awareness. During the same period, we added 8 community partners to jointly expand the Web3 innovation ecosystem.
• With a professional competition format and high-quality projects, Pitch Dojo is gradually being recognized as a top monthly online Web3 roadshow competition globally.
• Many projects that performed well in the roadshow subsequently joined our accelerator and received funding support, opening a new chapter in their development.
